About Me
I am a chartered counselling psychologist, who has a passion for making psychoeducation fun and creative. I aim to use my education and experience to make psychological theories and techniques accessible and relatable.

My experience has been varied from long term therapy with adults in a community counselling setting to long term play therapy work with children in schools. I have experience with short term therapy from working in the NHS within GP practices, Harley St oncology department and for various charities around London.

My theoretical approach is integrative. I combine cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), humanistic, existential phenomenological, mindfulness and psychodynamic models in my therapeutic work with clients. In all my therapeutic work, I abide by the ethical codes of the British Psychological Society (BPS). I am, also, a member of the British Psychological Society.

In the past, I worked for Bupa health and Wellbeing delivering launch programmes nationwide and in the Psychological Services Trauma Team. Previously, I co-founded a company who provided qualitative research training, CPD workshops and created bespoke training for corporate clients.
